We work in partnership with educational organisations to create and develop a business plan that highlights the essential outlines of the project, the goals, the professional value and defines the allocation of different resources.

We customise the curriculum plans to the needs of the region. In parallel, we work with the industry partners to integrate practical and specialised training according to the geographic location of the airports in the region.

We work with our industry partners to create innovative teaching materials and provide students with access to simulators, industry guest speakers, virtual reality training, placements and real-life experiences.

We collaborate with partners to identify students who aspire a career in aviation. Through guest speakers and workshops in schools, we seek to attract the next generation of aviation professionals by promoting a sustainable, diverse and inclusive industry.

During the course, students will have access to placements, training in a real airport  environment and mentoring. At the end of the qualification, students who   are prepared to start their careers will have guaranteed access to recruitment and selection vacancies.
